"my hair always looks greasy!?"
TRY not to use conditioner. It sounds like you've got CONDITIONER BUILD-UP.
Try the following tips:
1. Use a capful shampoo or about 1tablespoon portion.
2. Put a little bit of water on your hair, to help spread the suds around.
3. Make sure your hair is completely WET before applying shampoo.
4. Keep your head down, while shampooing, while massaging your hair with your fingers, concentrating @ the roots.
5. Rinse well all around.
5. Put your head up. Let the water falls from the top of your head, making sure the suds are rinsed out.
6. Rinse very well.
7. Towel dry, concentrating @ the roots.
8. Get dressed. Air dry some. While air-drying, keep a towel @ the tips of your hair, so you're not dripping everywhere. Have a meal, clean the bathroom, get online, do your nails, whatever.
9. Blow dry your hair( 5 mins. during winter, 3 mins. during spring/summer/fall).
10. Style your hair.
If you don't have time to do 30 mins. of your hair, do it when you've got more time to wash/dry your hair. NOT drying your hair before leaving the house or going to bed, also CAUSES GREASY HAIR.
I know, because I've done my own experimentation. If your shampoo is causing your hair to get greasy, try body wash! The 'new conditioner formula' - by Garnier made my hair greasy by the 2nd day, I've used that brand for over 20 years.

you can change shampoo

Change your shampoo and conditioner if that doesnt work then you're not rinsing all the shampoo out of your hair.

Could be that your water is too soft, too hard, has minerals, etc. Try a final rinse with a cup of white vinegar and comb it through well. Don't use a heavy conditioner; light ones are better for long hair.

Sounds like you are using too much shampoo and conditioner. Try using a bit less every day until you find you are not getting enough cleaning. Most people use way too much hair product.

If you’re using too much shampoo and conditioner, that’s bad for your hair. Use it only like every 2 showers.
If that doesn’t help, then I don’t know.
