Big bruise on the left bicep.?
I had someone adjust my back. After getting my back adjusted i noticed a really painful big bruise on the left bicep. I couldn't figure out why the bruise is there. I didn't get hit or anything. When my chiropractor was adjusting my back he grabbed my arm right by the bicep and pulled my arm to get it adjusted. Can you get a bruise if someone grabs you by your bicep and pulls your arm.

That's what can happen when you go to a chiropractor to have something "adjusted".
Yes; you can get a bruise if someone grabs you by the bicep and pulls your arm. Your arm and your muscle have been bruised.

Chop it off and eat it in a bruised fruit salad before it goes bad and spreads.
