Had issues with every kind of contraception? What can I do now?

I ve had two condoms split on me and

pregnancy scares, and as they are not the safest contraception in the world I decided to try another.

After many visits to the doctor, Ive so far been on 3 different pills - all made me bleed every single day for weeks on end.

Injection - Gave me heavy 2 week long periods, with only one or two days off, then back on.

And now I have an implant and have been bleeding for a month.

I won t have sex on my period because my sex drive is none existent, I find it gross, and I worry too much about it to relax.

So my choices are to either have a sexless relationship or have a kid. What the hell am I supposed to do? I REALLY don t want a baby but it s looking like I don t have a choice!

My wife used a diaphragm for 20 years with no issues

Have you tried a birth control suppository? I used encare oval for years. They are kind of messy though.

Well, of things you haven’t tried we’ve got:

    The IUD

Better condoms more appropriate to your partner’s dimensions

    Diaphragms/cervical caps

    Female condoms

    The patch

    The NuvaRing

    Fertility awareness methods

    Oral/Anal/Manual/Intercrural/Frottage/Mutual Masturbation

So I think you’re either being melodramatic or secretly want to have a kid. If you want to have a kid, just own it. There’s nothing shameful about it.

Let's see. You have tried only a few contraception methods. Here is a very long list.

IUD (non hormonal sounds best for you)

spermicide (OTC, but that doesn't seem to be an issue with you)

condoms (try again, make sure using correctly)

    cervical cap (also OTC)

diaphragm (same concept as the cap but not OTC for some reason)

Rythm method (not too effective, especially the first few cycles)

Withdrawal (also not very effective, using normal birth control is best)

ring (is IS hormonal so you may have issues with it but it's worth a try)

patch (again, hormones, in higher doses than the pill, so maybe try this later, if seriously nothing else works)

sponge (contains spermicide but no hormones, so that may help)

female condoms (they do break more, but they might help and are not too expensive)

Also keep in mind that normal sex is not the only type of sex. Get creative. This is called outercourse.

    I wish you luck!

are you in a exclusive relationship?

Time for him to Man up and have a vasectomy.

You have done all you can

Well, the only thing left seems to be natural family planning and the pull out method.

Nothing is 100% effective so there is always a small chance and honestly if you're so miserable on birth control that you can't have sex (or have no libido), what's the point?
