Boyfriend always whispers "helloooo ;)" to my boobs/genitals during sex and I m struggling to take it seriously.?
Like during sex, every single time, without fail. If I take off my bra/pants he will whisper "oooo hellooo ;)" both times, and I never used to mind but now it s like whenever I m getting undressed I m thinking "Please don t whisper hello" and he always does and it s kinda making me cringe..
How do I tell him without being rude any ideas?
5 AnswersSingles & Dating2 years agoWhat should a landlord do in this situation? Tenant left early and cancelled direct debit for rent?
Tenant and Landlord had a 12 month contract. After 7 months, tenant told landlord they needed to leave due to losing their job. Landlord said they would have to surrender their deposit, and a suitable tenant would need to be found.
3 months later still no suitable tenant was found. After being told they could not get out of the contract 2 months early (despite sacrificing the deposit) The current tenant took it upon themselves to get the landlord 4 flat viewings for that very week.
They then left the property, posted keys in to agency, and cancelled the rent direct debit. Could the landlord do anything, and if he did, would it cost him more than the money he was trying to claim? (Less than £1000)
6 AnswersRenting & Real Estate3 years agoIs this Age discrimination?
Where I live plenty of people who work in cafes and shops are 16-17 years old. I am leaving my job soon (at a coffee shop that just serves tea coffee and cakes) and the manager asked me to find somebody to take over my part time cashier position.
I found somebody who has cafe experience, but she is 16, and he turned her down saying he needed someone who was 18 at least.
He was very angry at me for getting a 16 year old to take my job wants me to get in touch with her and apologise. But I can't say she wasn't hired because of her age can I?
15 AnswersLaw & Ethics3 years agoBad manager won t pay for stock for the shop, we are having to turn customers away. Want to leave but had no luck getting another job yet?
I work at a small coffee shop. The manager is a nice person but knows nothing about business. It s our job to order stock for the shop, then he has to pay the invoice. But he won t pay the invoices for months despite being constantly reminded, so they lock us out of the account. Meaning the next time we run low on stock we can t place an order.
It s been an issue since we began but now it s worse than ever as we ve ran out of almost everything including coffee beans. We ve been asking him every day for months to pay the invoice and he keeps saying "I will pay it later" but he still hasnt. We are having to turn almost every customer away. He expects us to still go to work even though we can t serve anyone.
I need to get out and have been looking for a new job for a while, but had no luck yet. If I quit due to having no stock, as it s not my fault will I be able to claim JSA and get help with rent if I get one?
It s not like we are really working there at the moment as we can t serve any customers. It s a shame because I like the job when we can actually do it. But all we re getting now is angry people confused that we can t serve them and it s becoming a nightmare.
5 AnswersSmall Business3 years agoHelp Understanding Contract Notice Period for my Rented Flat?
I have lived at my rented flat for 8 months, and need to move out soon. However, my contract is very confusing and seems to contradict itself, could somebody please tell me what this means?
First it has a listed section with Property Name, Deposit, Admin Fee and Term.
It says, Term: A term certain of 12 Months from October 2017.
But THEN it says:
The number of months must not be less than six according to Housing Act 1988. The period mentioned here will form the basis of any periodic tenancy.
Finally, it says:
This agreement may be terminated by either party at the end of the initial fixed term. Notice given must be 2 months from Landlord to Tenant, and 2 months from Tenant to Landlord.
So is the lease 6 months, or 12?
Do I have to stay here for 12 months, or can I hand my notice in to leave in 2 months now, as I have already been here for more than 6?
6 AnswersRenting & Real Estate3 years agoWas I wrong in this situation or was the angry bus driver wrong?
Im not great with buses, used to have a phobia due to a traumatic childhood experience, but had to start using them. Today I was waiting at a bus stop and another bus pulled up. It took up all the space so when my bus arrived it was on the other side of the road behind it.
I assumed the first bus would drive away and then mine would pull into the stop near the pavement, but my bus just stopped on the far side of the road for 30 seconds, then drove off.
I ran after it and the driver stopped and let me jump on. He started shouting at me saying "Didnt you see me stop? Why didnt you come over? You should have been paying attention! There was a bus in the way so I couldnt get to the stop!"
He was really angry which upset me but I didnt know you could get on a bus if it wasnt at the bus stop, I thought he was going to come to it once the other bus had moved, and he didnt signal to me or anything.
1 AnswerOther - Society & Culture3 years agoHow do you have sex? Penis will NOT go in no matter what. I am 27 and still can't get one to go inside me?
I've tried so hard all my life both with men I've really fancied and a few I have not. We have tried loads of lube, and up to 3 hours of foreplay.
I've finally found a guy I really like but STILL cannot get his penis in me. It just will NOT go in. I've never been able to do it, ever and I am getting old now and don't understand why.
How do people accidentally get pregnant and how do younger people do this? It is SO difficult. I am an accountant, I owned a small business, and I have really good grades, yet THIS is IMPOSSIBLE for me.
3 AnswersSingles & Dating3 years agoAfter having Nexplanon Implant removed, how long until the side effects stop? Experiences please?
Since having the implant in, I ve had none stop very heavy bleeding for five months straight, along with stomach cramps every morning, headaches, no stamina at all, and I m throwing up most days.
I m having it removed at the end of the month (finally) How long will it take for these things to stop? I m mostly concerned about the bleeding, as I am Iron deficient and have to take tablets, which meant my body naturally only gave me light periods before the implant. Now it s super heavy and it s making me tired. Also I can t have sex because it feels grotesque and makes me feel awful.
1 AnswerWomen's Health3 years agoIs it legal to have an unloaded rifle in your home UK if it's just to practice targeting and holding a gun for target shooting only?
My boyfriend has a full gun licence as he goes shooting at a local range. He wants to take me with him but has suggested I borrow one of his rifles (unloaded) to practice just looking through the scope and carrying it around.
Is this legal in the UK? I do not have a gun licence. It would never be loaded in my house though.
3 AnswersLaw & Ethics3 years agoWe can't get fired for this right?
Me and my friend work a coffee shop together. The owners from Iran and his dad pays for the shop for him so he can stay in UK. Because of this he doesn't really care about it n we have a slow broken coffee machine, no heating, and when we place a stock order and give him the invoice, he always forgets to pay it and we get our account locked so we can't make another one.
This wasn't much of an issue as we would just remind him after seeing it was locked, however he went to Iran a month ago, and while he was gone we ordered some take out cups. We went to order and realised we were locked out of the account. It took ages but managed to get in touch with him and he paid it, however because of this and it being the xmas period, we have been waiting 3 weeks for these cups.
We had a really busy week before xmas and got through hundreds of take away coffees, and now we have completely ran out. I looked in other shops but they are all too small and very pricey, so we've had to close the shop for 2 days now because we can't serve any one (neighbor is gona take delivery and call us when it arrives) We got in touch with the delivery people and they keep saying "they will come tomorrow" but they've been doing that for about a week now.
I know the owner is gona be really angry but theres naut we can do other than open the shop and refuse to serve everyone (no on sits in because its freezing)
Can he fire us for this?
6 AnswersLaw & Ethics3 years agoIf I have my contraceptive implant out at the place I had it put in, will I need a consultation?
Implant is doing my head in. I've had none stop heavy periods for 3 months, not a single day off, craps, no sex drive, and been super tired. I need it gone.
However it's REALLY hard for me to get work off, so I was wondering if it is going to be 2 appointments or just the one. I'm in UK btw.
Has anyone else experienced this and did you have to wait or have a consultation or anything? Thank you.
1 AnswerWomen's Health3 years agoIs this manic depression?
Ok so I have a good life, I've had to work a lot and almost been homeless a few times, had family be nasty to me etc as everyone has, but I'm settled living in a nice flat and I can live off what I make now and have a few friends. I'm a happy person who always works hard and tries to be optimistic even if life seems to want to run me down. I've been fine for years.
However, for some reason since a few months ago, about once or twice a week, I wake up in tears feeling super unhappy. I can barely find energy to move, and I cannot eat but I can drink water. I feel like magnetized to the floor, and have panic attacks but they come and go. The rest I just feel stuck to the floor, heavy and can't stop crying. It can last an entire day, or a few hours.
I've never felt like this before, I'm always so happy and energetic... why is it suddenly happening now?
1 AnswerMental Health3 years agoTeacher keeps calling me the wrong name even though I corrected her, think she s trolling me?
I m a teaching assistant for who seems to be the most sensible, no nonsense teacher ever. However she keeps calling me the complete wrong name, even after a whole month. She calls me Sophia, and my name isn t even close to that. Doesn t begin with an S, doesn t have same number of syllables, doesn t sound the same it s a COMPLETELY different name. Her last assistant was called Anne, so she s not getting mixed up.
She put me down on the rota as Sophia, which caused problems, always calls me Sophia around other staff and KIDS which confuses them. I correct her about 5 times a day but she never ever gets it right. I made a name tag once and she told me to take if off saying she would remember, but still hasn t to this day.
Is she trolling me? It s getting a bit ridiculous.
3 AnswersTeaching3 years agoHow to stop my boyfriend buying me so many gifts? Im not materialistic n its making me feel really awkward...?
Me n my boyfriend have been dating only a few months, this might seem a weird issue but he keeps buying me gifts like every time. Im grateful but Ive told him he doesnt have to n id prefer to just have a nice time together. Im.not materialistic n I like everything to be 50/50 in a relationship. When we go for food or drink we pay half n take turns, same if we go cinema or somewhere. I dont have as much money as him although ive bought him.something when I went away one weekend and something for xmas I could never do it as much as he does for me and I think he would feel rralllyeally uncomfortable if I did.I dnt like being showered with material.objects, ive never been that type of person. It just makes me feel awkward n kinda bad. Ive asked him to stop but he keeps on. I dnt like that he seems to think being a boyfriend is about buying stuff, but whatever I say he keeps doing it.
3 AnswersSingles & Dating3 years agoFeel like my cousin was treated very unfairly at her job, is there anything I can do? (She lives with me as her mother passed away)?
My cousin got her first job two weeks ago, working in a kitchen. She had to pass a very quick health and hygiene test. She is a straight A student and very intelligent, but incredibly shy and reserved, and is only 17, so she mainly wanted the job to help her gain confidence.
She came home really upset a few times including the first day because the chef had shouted at her. She told me the chef gives her lots of instructions and gets angry if she messes up.
Today she came home in tears shaking and I couldn't get her to tell me what was wrong. She was sitting on the floor having a panic fit. She hasn't had a panic attack in years.
She said she had been preparing meat and taken her glove off, and put it on the counter. She said the chef had gone furious with her, screamed at her so loud and for so long that the other staff all ran outside the kitchen to see what was going on (because it is a health hazard.)
She said after she started crying and apologising, the chef continued to shout, causing someone else to intervene and get her out of there.
She ran away from that job I'm going in tomorrow to talk to them. But now she has gotten so much worse than before, she doesn't want to have another job ever again and hasn't stopped crying all night.
I feel like it's really traumatised her and whilst what she did was technically a health hazard, I think the way it was handled was really unfair. I feel like the chef was a bully. Can I do something about this?

4 AnswersOther - Careers & Employment3 years agoHow to fix a sexless relationship if you can t stay at each other s places and female is always on period?
Me and my boyfriend have been dating for 14 months, we are both mid 20 s but VERY shy. I want to gather the courage to have sex, but because of my contraception - the 5th I ve tried. I am ALWAYS on my period, heavily, and have been so for over a year - the doctors have tried to help, but there s nothing they can do and all have told me to wait it out.
Besides this, I have a strict landlord who will not let any cars on the drive without an expensive permit - he watches the camera. And there is no where to park within miles of my home.
My boyfriend has strict catholic parents who will not allow him any guests at their house.
How do we have sex without me bleeding everywhere and without being caught and where do we go? How do other couples do this? Please help?
1 AnswerSingles & Dating3 years agoHad issues with every kind of contraception? What can I do now?
I ve had two condoms split on me and
pregnancy scares, and as they are not the safest contraception in the world I decided to try another.
After many visits to the doctor, Ive so far been on 3 different pills - all made me bleed every single day for weeks on end.
Injection - Gave me heavy 2 week long periods, with only one or two days off, then back on.
And now I have an implant and have been bleeding for a month.
I won t have sex on my period because my sex drive is none existent, I find it gross, and I worry too much about it to relax.
So my choices are to either have a sexless relationship or have a kid. What the hell am I supposed to do? I REALLY don t want a baby but it s looking like I don t have a choice!
7 AnswersWomen's Health3 years agoBeing an introvert is messing up my life? How do other introverts cope with this?
I'm super introverted, which means that I can happily spend a week or two by myself, get LOADS done and be full of energy. I love being alone and my friends and family usually understand and many are introverts too.
However being introverted is messing up my life as if I spend a day around other people, I feel so drained and exhausted I can't function at all. I get headaches from conversations if they are not deep or interesting, and literally just crash the minute I get home.
I've got a boyfriend who claims to understand and be okay with it, but he is still constantly texting and asking me to hang out every night and doesn't understand I need lots of time alone to be able to function.
I've got a design job which is nice and enjoyable as I work alone and I do really well, but it didn't pay the bills so I've also got a shop job. It's not even busy but I find it so hard to not just drop to the floor sometimes because of all the conversations and people and everything.
I don't think being an introvert is a bad thing as it has made me a super productive person, but I fear for my relationships with others and how much they exhaust me... How do other introverts cope with this?
2 AnswersPsychology4 years agoHow to tell my shop owner he's the one stopping us getting customers? Please read?
Me and my friend manage a shop together, we love it and we were doing a great job. However, the shop owner tends to come into our shop, sit near the door and do nothing but stare outside with a very bored expression. We never get customers while he is there, but when he leaves we get them again. He is a very lonely man with no friends, so I feel sorry for him, but he does nothing to help himself get friends.
He lived with his daughter, and before she left home he came into the shop for about 2 hours a day, sitting silently alone staring down everyone who walked past. Now she has left home and he says being home makes him miserable, so he will come into the shop every day and stay for 5-6 HOURS. Meaning we get no customers.
I told him once that some people get nervous being stared at and it will make them avoid the shop, and he said he doesn't think it's a problem.
It's really awkward, he does not have a book or phone, just sits and stares. We only get customers in the morning now, before he comes in (he always has a lie in) and our profits are majorly down.
