I want to get an Pectus excavatum surgery. My age is 60 and besides that I'm in perfect health. My breathing is affected. Is it too late?

    Discuss this with a chest surgeon (a cardiothoracic surgeon may have less experience with this than a dedicate chest surgeon - it is not the same specialty).
