How much should my wife charge my sister?
My sister over 60 inherited a grandson after her son died from drugs. The 5 year old boy has severe ADD and needs a lot of love and attention. My sister works full time, makes over 6 figures but can't get a school to educate the child. She really doesn't have time and patience herself. I don't know what she was paying the schools. My wife is often a live-in care giver of very rich elderly. My sister asked wife to watch child. Wife is patient and loving of child. She is a rare type that can give the kid what he needs. and do it around the clock. She can teach him and help him online studies. It's an ideal situation for my sister and the child. The question is what do we charge her? We can't afford to do charity. My wife earns minimum wage on clerk jobs but does quite well with watching elderly from very well off families. My sister asks me what my wife wants. My wife won't give a number as she believes family does it for free. I need some reasonable numbers if anyone wants to offer from experience.
14 AnswersFamily5 months agoAmmonia levels for HCV?
I am 62 and had HCV (hep-c) for probably 40 of those years. The HCV was cured a few years ago thanks to the awesome new drugs but I do have a lot of liver scarring and have to get checked every six months. I don't seem to be getting worse as I have been very health conscious. I am trying to find out if ammonia level 35 µmol/L is good or bad but can't seem to interpret what I research. I had it checked because of lethargy and inability to clear my head sometimes for many years. Does anyone have an answer to ammonia levels?
1 AnswerInfectious Diseases1 year agoWhy should we be kicking out diplomats for low level spying?
When I was a kid one of the neighbors was an East German spy living nicely with their family. It's just information gathering. We do it too. Everyone does it. It's part of the way things work. What's the big deal? We can feed them what we want them to relay besides. They are an asset.
