Ammonia levels for HCV?

I am 62 and had HCV (hep-c) for probably 40 of those years. The HCV was cured a few years ago thanks to the awesome new drugs but I do have a lot of liver scarring and have to get checked every six months. I don't seem to be getting worse as I have been very health conscious. I am trying to find out if ammonia level 35 µmol/L is good or bad but can't seem to interpret what I research. I had it checked because of lethargy and inability to clear my head sometimes for many years. Does anyone have an answer to ammonia levels?

    The normal range is 15 to 45 µ/dL (11 to 32 µmol/L).

Normal value ranges may vary slightly among different laboratories. Some labs use different measurements or may test different samples. Talk to your provider about the meaning of your specific test results.
