want to divorce, can't trust her no mo. no kids, in Los Angeles California.?

I have a house, about $400000, half my money and half my parents'.

can she take the house because it is under my name? if she does we will be back on the street.

i have proves that my parents gave me check/money toward the mortgage.

how far can she go?

what would be the best solution for us to separate her from us?

Update:

i apologize for the most important fact, I found out she was cheating on me and not admitting what exactly she did.

she went out with her coworker, to share time together. she said no physical. but still did not disclose what exactly their relationship status.

CA is a community property state. If you bought the house when you were married, it'a half hers no matter whose name is on it. Doesn't matter who paid the mortgage.
