Whatever. You don't even know what treason is. I mean, falling for Russian propaganda? What does that even mean? Even if anybody fell for "Russian propaganda" whatever that means, how is that treason? First of all, what "propaganda" did we "fall for"? Secondly, how does that constitute "treason"? And third, how will you prove this? Here, let me educate you, since I know more about law than you:

Under Article III, Section 3 of the United States Constitution, treason is specifically limited to levying war against the state or aiding the enemies of that state, as Article III, Section 3 states:

"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted."

In regards to what "levying war" means, in Ex Parte Bollman, 8 U.S. 75 (1807), the Supreme Court ruled that "there must be an actual assembling of men, for the treasonable purpose, to constitute a levying of war."

And to prosecute treason under Federal law and obtain a conviction for treason under 18 U.S. Code § 2381, the law states that, "a conviction requires two witnesses or a confession in open court."

So how has anybody "levied war" against the United States, and who will be the two witnesses who can attest to this, or who would confess to treason in open court to acts expressly defined under Art. 3 Sec. 3 of the US Constitution to meet the conviction requirements under 18 U.S. Code § 2381? Because the only "declarations of war" I have seen recently against the United States have been made by Antifa and radical celebrities expressly trying to call people to arms to overthrow our government.

Everyone except me should be banned from voting. We'll, and my wife. She just votes like I do.

Adolph Hitler believed if people didn't believe what HE wanted them to believe, they were consigned to one of the 20,000 + Nazi Death Camps. So, how far are Liberals willing to go.....to silence those who oppose THEIR political agenda?

We are finding out the Podesta brothers, which of course John was Hillary's campaign manager, worked with Paul Manaforst to lobby Congress on behalf of Russia. I guess that means a lot of Democrats won't be voting.

Apparently selling $145 million worth of nuclear material to Russia in order to buy the DNC is not at all a crime
