Punishment for F4 DUI in Ohio?
I just wanted to see if anyone had personally dealt with this situation before, or one similar to this, and had any insight.
Almost two months ago my SO got a DUI- this particular one was his fourth overall (I believe) and second within a year. Last time (October 2016) he was charged and had to do a few weekends in some sort of “alternative jail” as he called it, had restrictions with his license (could only drive to and from work, I think) and has been on non-reporting probation.
I just want to sort of get an idea of what MAY happen with these charges? All I know is that this is a felony charge, but I wanted to know if anyone could provide me with any insight. Thank you in advance.

My guess would be prison. They have been very lenient with him for 3 previous DUI.

This guy is a seriously bad risk. Someone who actually does time in jail and still doesn't get the message about drinking and driving is an alcoholic with stunningly bad judgement. I know someone who got a ticket for DUI once- he won't take a drink at a party now unless he's arranged with the hosts to spend the night there. I know other people who take Uber if they think they're going to be drinking. Your SO is going to prison- and he's just lucky that he hasn't killed someone yet.

Serious jail time, especially since it's his second one within a year. He's also violated his probation. They aren't going to give him just a slap on the wrist this time.
