    Go to their website

    Apply for a provisional license.

    You need proof of identity and a suitable photo.

    Take and pass the theory test.

    Then take a driving test.

    Pass the test then send the pass certificate plus the provisional license to DVLA. They will send you back a license.

    It takes an average of 47 lessons to reach the UK driving test standard.
