look at local retail stores. see what trade in bonuses they have to offer. just ask for quotes. going into a shop with your gear doesn't mean you have to take their offer. it won't be a small fee though. new Xbox One S's start at $250 for a 500 GB option. you'll be lucky to get $100 for your PS4 for trade in credit.

You can trade in the PS4 and use the credit towards the cost of an Xbox One S, but unless it's a special deal you'd still be paying at least half the price of the Xbox and probably more.

Your best bet it to look at exchange sites and local media (including print) to see if you can find someone who is willing to do a stright swap.
