R&P: What is some avant-garde rock music you can enjoy despite it being incredibly weird?
Livin' - thanks for your answer but Y!A is doing the annoying glitch again. If you could play around with edits to get it showing that would be great, just so I can post a comment. Cheers again.

Good morning sarge. Avante-garde isn't so much my thing, though I do enjoy Can when I'm in the right mood, not only "Tago Mago" but also "Monster Movie" and "Soundtracks". When things start getting too weird I usually find myself unable to pay attention and appreciate it.
Edited: I've gone back and changed this answer because this one is more responsive, and I can't even believe I forgot about this. Just a few days ago I listened to "F#A#∞" by Godspeed You! Black Emperor for the first time and liked it an awful lot. I listened to the vinyl version cuz it is the original, but the CD version is a good deal longer and I've been meaning to ask folks which one they prefer. Maybe someone who has heard both will leave a comment here.
