what sort of low impact exersize will help lose belly fat the best. Ive got bad knees so cant do many knee bends?

    I have bad knees as well so I go cycling every morning, I even modified my bike to have a shorter crank to reduce my knee angle when riding.

    It's good cardio and weight loss exercise.

    Walking/hiking would be beneficial. Just make sure you get your heart rate up.
