He would have to exist in a dimension outside of space, time and matter or He could not exist at all or bring the dimension of space, time and matter into existence. If the dimension of space, time and matter always existed with no beginning then it would be impossible that an infinite number of unguided cosmic events have taken place for no reason or purpose since no beginning even if there were trillions of centuries between each event. I could never believe that.
