What is tapioca starch and can i sub cornstarch for it in ginger beef?

I wanna make ginger beef with rice and broccoli tonight. I found videos that look the closest to what i want ( like the wok box ginger beef) and it calls for tapioca starch. Ive never heard of that, i havent been able to find it, and im wondering what i can use as a substitute.

Both are thickening agents, so I can't see any harm in that substitute..

But just know this, that information is coming from someone

who can't make a decent slice of toast.

Yes, cornstarch is fine. That's what my ginger beef recipe calls for anyway.
