How do dead people came back to life, or do they?

Jesus Christ resurrected his friend and he cried when he saw him dead! What tender feelings!

Considering serious questions here in YA seems to be rare anymore. There are so very few who really want answers to real questions, And yet they seem to be intelligent. Some with college degrees. And yet the answer to your question is very simple to those who truly want to serve God.

Jesus made a comment about this at Mathew 11:25 when he said in prayer to his Father, "I publicly praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and intellectual ones..." How were they hidden from the intellectual ones of the time when he walked the earth as a human?

Jesus performed several resurrections. That is several people were brought back to life. Many wise people actually were eye witnesses to these events but could not bring themselves to believe what they saw. One who had been dead and buried 4 days and whose body was decomposing (smelled bad) came back to life by means of Jesus command. The account is in John 11 and is very detailed.

But for those many on YA it is nonsense. And for those on YA who are church goers the account is nonsense to them as well. But how could those who express faith in Jesus and claim they follow him not believe in the resurrection? Even when Jesus taught at John 5:28, 29 there will be a resurrection they still do not understand. The resurrection of the dead as Jesus taught is hidden from them. How? They are being taught they are not really dead. They are being taught they do not really die. They are being taught they all have an immortal inner being that never dies. They are being taught death is an illusion, that death is just a stepping stone to life in heaven where they will be like angels.

Who is the source of the teaching that people never really die? Would they ever be surprised to learn the source is included in the Bible? Would they believe the promise made by the god of this world? He made this promise. "You will not die. You will be like God..." Genesis 3:4, 5

In answer to your question. The dead can come back to life by means of a re-standing to life, a resurrection. And, as Acts 24:15 tells us, even those who are not deemed righteous may be resurrected. They all will have the opportunity to participate and a rehabilitation program during the reign of the Kingdom Of God Christians learned about from Jesus. See Mathew 4:23

There are many that claim to be Christian that believe what Satan told Eve, you will positively will not die! They believe that their soul lives on and either goes to heaven or to a burning hell! The Bible does not teach this yet they say they believe in the Bible? (Ezekiel 18:4) Look! All the souls—to me they belong. As the soul of the father so also the soul of the son—to me they belong. The soul who sins is the one who will die.

The Bible does say what happens to the dead (Ecclesiastes 9:5, 6) For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing at all, nor do they have any more reward, because all memory of them is forgotten. 6 Also, their love and their hate and their jealousy have already perished, and they no longer have any share in what is done under the sun. Also the scriptures show us that what people are taught in their churches is a false teaching as to where the dead are and what will happen to them after they die

(Acts 24:15) And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.

They preach that Jesus died for our sins but we will go to a burning hell anyway if we are bad! Trouble is because of these false teaches the scriptures say broad and spacious is the road leading off to destruction! (2 Timothy 4:3, 4) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the wholesome teaching, but according to their own desires, they will surround themselves with teachers to have their ears tickled. 4 They will turn away from listening to the truth and give attention to false stories. (2 Corinthians 4:4) among whom the god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, so that the illumination of the glorious good news about the Christ, who is the image of God, might not shine through.

No, they don't come back to life if they are really dead. Once dead you are buried and rot in the ground, their is no heaven or hell, also no soul or ghost.

If you believe the Bible, it has happened a couple of times. And not for well over 2,000 years.

I think you're safe to say that dead people do no come back to life. A brain, deprived of oxygen for more than a very few minutes, does not recover.
