How do I remove the middle light switch, creating direct power for that switch’s line?
The left switch powers a porch light. The right switch powers my kitchen lights. The middle for some reason powers my entire garage including lights and garage door opener. The wiring is a little confusing to look at. I want to remove that middle switch but I’m not sure which wires will need connected in order to provide constant power to the garage. Please help. http://tinypic.com/r/29l22s3/9

The middle switch is a 3-way switch. 3-way switches are used to allow control of a light from more than one place. Like on the top and bottom of a stair well. So somewhere in your house is a second switch that also controls that circuit.
The black wires that are daisy chained from one switch to the other is the hot power wire in that switch box. The hot comes into the left switch first, then on to the middle switch then on over the to the top of the right hand switch. They should be connected to a terminal on the 3-way switch that is marked "common" or sometimes the terminal screw will be black while the other two will be silver colored.
IF you connect all four wires together that are on that middle switch using a red wire nut, it will allow that circuit to be hot all of the time regardless of what position the other 3-way switch is in and until someone finds the other 3-way switch and replaces it with a regular switch.
The wire connected to the "common|" terminal of the OTHER 3-way switch that is in that circuit goes to the lights in the garage. It also powers your garage door opener because someone used the "switch controlled" lighting circuit for to power the door opener. It must be really annoying to have the door opener only work half of the time depending on whether someone in the house turned it off from that 3-way switch!

you can just remove the switch and wire nut the two wires that went to it together.
Might be easier just to get a switch cover on it. So it is not so easily switched off.

I think connecting all four wires together from the middle switch. The middle switch incoming hot wire is likely the 2 black wires at the bottom of the switch (hot all the time). The top black and top red wires are likely outgoing hot supply to the garage lights and door opener. Use a tester to see the switch action - off the top red and black wires should have 0 volts, when switch is on they both should have 120 volts. The bottom 2 wires should read 120 volts ac all the time. The voltmeter ground lead is the white wire bundle.
