The only way primitive religion exists today is through the child abuse of forcing it into very, very young children but thanks to better education and growing intellects so many teens are able to discover the truth, throw off the indoctrination and step into the real world!
Atheism is not a conscious decision or a belief but a realization, those that cannot escape remain prisoners of their conditioning!
Since those that are prisoners of indoctrination have no free will they cannot accept anyone believing different to themselves and lack the education to understand what logic is let alone have it!

If I answered "I don't know", would you accept that?

The early logicians did not wander the earth (or universe) looking for little tidbits like "a=a" (think thats more mathematics rather than logic) that were "true". Indeed, "a=a" and "true" have no intrinsic meaning outside of the context of human thought and language., so yeah, we have to credit humanity with inventing it

A law is a semantic construct, and all semantic constructs come from humans because we are to date the only living organism with the brain capacity to deal in that level of abstraction.
So while you might whine "don't say humans", the answer is in fact humans.
