Could I have cancer?
My lumpnodes are swollen (neck and armpits), my throats swollen, I have fatigue, heartburn on and off all day, abdominal pain, and when my doctor examined me she said my abdominal area was tender. I went in last week, and she told me she thought it was a virus and to just let it pass and gave me some ibeprofun. I came back yesterday because nothing changed and it got worse. She thought it was mono, so she got me and blood test. Later that day they called, and it came back negative. If I did I have cancer would they have detected it in the mono test? What's wrong with me?

There are no blood tests that specifically detect cancer. A blood test for mono would look for mono.
Did you get a strep-test? (And I'd avoid ibuprofen if your stomach is irritated.)

It is a viral infection as your doctor told you but cancer itself cannot be detected in blood test unless it is blood cancer but if your white blood cells were too high then they would investigate cancers.

If you had cancer, it would be very obvious in your blood test.
It's lymph nodes, not lumpnodes.
Just for kicks: try not eating any sugar for the next month. Read labels.
