YOUR FAHKING HANDS!!! your hands are in the dishwater for quite a while. a lot of dishwashing detergents advertise how gentle their products are for your hands. some even include lotion. some are recommended for washing heavy oil off baby ducks!!!!!!

i use dawn dishwashing foam to wash my hands with. only problem is you have to try to get just half a pump or it takes too long to rinse your hands if you have soft water. 1 bottle of it lasts forevahhh.
