    4 kW x 0.75 = 3 kW

    509.7 kg x 9.8 m/s² = 4995 N weight

to raise that weight 1 meter requires 4995 J of energy

how fast can it do that?

    3000 watts is 3000 J/s

    4995 J / 3000 J/s = 1.665 sec

    since it raised the weight 1 m in 1.665 sec, the velocity is 1/1.665 m/s = 0.601 m/s
