​why is my atheist friend a bit of a t​w​at, while my christian friend is so kind and loving?

Somehow, I find it hard to imagine how you would be well placed to judge your atheist friend (if you didn't invent him), seeing how you behave on this website.

First YOU can't save a dang thing! Christ saves souls. All you can do is plant the seed and then allow Christ to cultivate that seed. In others words stop preaching to someone that doesn't want to hear it. Any subject forced upon someone that doesn't want to hear it is ANNOYING!

Oh course your Christian friend is receptive to you because the pair of you share a common interest, the same religion. "Birds of a feather flock together". Who is teaching you to "push YOUR beliefs"? That is a foul thing to do and does our Lord NO favors, in fact you are pushing people away from Him and in a sense making His work more difficult.

There are neither atheists nor Christians, and twats is a profane word.

Atheists are perverse, if nothing is said, they will say something.

Christians I know share if requested but my sample is small.

There is no command to be nice and meek to atheists; that's why. Well, there is a command to them to be like that, but they don't acknowledge its existence.

Atheists don't believe in anything spiritual, including friendship

A good measure of the state of your spirituality in Christ is that you evade fellowship with the world!

Strange, I find the exact opposite with my Christian/religious friends and my atheist friends. Most atheists I know won't broach the subject unless it is appropriate and they can't avoid it, whilst the religious, mostly Christian, will interject their beliefs into completely random conversations.

I'm not sure, but it is true that we are deep into the end times right now. And also, Christians cannot save any souls. That's not a humble way of thinking, anyway.
