I don't know where they come from or who is paying them or if they are just independent but there is an awful lot of deliberate misinformation being spread on this site if that's what you mean. I don't know if Yahoo just tolerates it or is doing it themselves.
One thing I'll add is that this site masquerades as free speech when it is actually tightly controlled. The blocking feature and anonymity feature helps trolls more than it prevents it. I can't tell if these are examples, out of many, of bad design or if it is intentional.

COULD BE, BECAUSE I FOUND OUT AS I SEARCH GOOGLE WITH MY USER ID OVER HERE, I SAW MANY MY YAHOO ANSWERS WERE POSTED IN MANY DIFFERENT WEBSITES RATHER THAN JUST WITHIN " YAHOO ANSWER".
