If identical twins married identical twins ( no incest stuff fam) what would happen thanks.?

    Nothing, really. It's happened a lot of times.

    The cousins produced by these unions would be, genetically, as close as siblings, and so shouldn't reproduce even in states where cousin marriage is lawful.

    Identical twins are not genetic, so these couples don't have any higher odds of giving birth to twins than anybody else.
