nichiren daishonin's true buddhism enlightens everyone in this lifetime. there are 3000-different spiritual states, while enlightenment is "nam-myoho-renge-kyo". this is the teaching of attaining enlightenment as you are, as a human being, during this very life.
chanting everyday will change "heavy karma into lighter karma', and if you have a deeply serious obstacles like poison, change "poison into enlightenment".

Being born-again means that God makes a dead heart alive by the power of His Holy Spirit. It has nothing to do with reincarnation.
