Why can't I download apps? (read description)?
Recently, my phone has started saying that my family settings dont allow me to download apps onto my phone. I went to family settings, and there are NO restrictions on at all, on anything, so that cant be the case. I have waited maybe a couple of months now for it to resolve on its own, but nothing has happened. I have run software checks, but again, nothing! No updates available either. What is going on? I have a Nokia Lumia 530 (I think)

whoever has the master phone reset there phone and everybodys that has problems but start with the master phone if it works all the other phones should start functioning correctly if that dose not work then call your cell provider.
