Chest pain at 19?

I’m a 19 year old female. I’ve had this tight & achy feeling on the left side of my chest for like a week. I put my sympotoms into google to see what it could be & now I’m extremely paranoid. This is the first time my chest has ever bothered me. Could it be a heart issue? Or possibly breast cancer?

    Heart pains appear in the middle of the chest to the right breast.

    But if pain continues.

    Best see your Doctor.

    You should definitely see a doctor because chest pain can mean many things. There could be a lung issue, bone issue, muscle issue and probably heart issue. If it has been a week, please see your physician. Also, it’s probably not cancer.
