This dream?
So like every morning, I have this same dream. In the dream, I wake up and check the time on my phone and itll be likeets say.. 5:53. And then I try to check ot again but my phone just like disappeared or something. But then I actually wake up and look for my phone, and the time would be about ten minutes before the time in my dream. Any suggestions as to why I have this "dream" about every morning?

Have you ever heard of "Body Time?" It seems your body knows all about it. It wakes up just before it is supposed to wake up, probably to give you a few extra minutes to rest in bed before you arise for the work of the day. This happens to many people. Our whole body is on a clock of sorts, and that is why we get hungry around noon and evening. Our own bodies are programmed by our constant use of time.

If you have set your alarm or you know that you have to get up at 6 (for example), or even just feel as if you should be getting up earlier, it could reflect anxiety about having too much to do or about being prompt and meeting others' expectations and demands in terms of your performance. You might look into some methods of stress reduction if this keeps happening. I don't think the numbers on the phone's digital clock are significant outside of the fact that they are near the time you must get up and greet or face the day.
