HE SENT ME MY HUSBAND WHEN I PRAYED A SPECIFIC PRAYER

Even though I was married with three kids, I got caught up in some evil deeds & drinking.

I was loosing my wife and kids. One day I called out to God for help, not expecting an answer,

but he was there and did help. Today, many years later, all of my kids an wife also walk with the Lord.

I was raised in a fundamentalist Christian home but always struggled with my faith. All I ever prayed for was just a little faith. I never received any.

About 10 years ago I gave up and admitted I was an atheist. Still I remain open, if a god ever wants to reach me.

The best help that anyone receives from faith in "God" is the acceptance that this divine personage that they believe in has equipped them with everything they already need to meet the challenges of life.

Faith in "God" should, at its most positive, ultimately lead to faith in oneself.

Yes, in many ways. He's used personal inspiration in my life, he's used other people, he's used miracles, and of course, he's used his written word, the Bible, which is itself inspired.
