Jello facts/reviews?

I'm working on a group project and I am in charge of facts and reviews, and so if you have had jello before, could you give a review or even facts about it? The review can be negative or positive

    I don’t recommend eating Jello... essentially, it is produced by soaking animal bones in acid until they become gelatinous then further processed for commercial consumption. Not very appealing!
