How can we make a person come back to his own country from usa, if he is involved in criminal case?

Proceedure to bring back a person to India all the way from USA as he is involved in a criminal case in India. The CC has been registered in the Hon'ble Court and the main accused is absconding who stays in USA. Please suggest to as how to bring him to appear in front of the court?

    You would have to ask the US to extradite him.
