If North Korea attacked S.Korea, Japan, Guam , etc how would the USA go about retaliating and would they risk killing innocents in NK?

    Yes the US would go to war with North Korea. Would innocents be killed? Yes. That is the object of war to kill people and break things.

    Interesting that you only care about "innocents" when the US is attacked.

    Yes they'd kill innocent people, we do now over in the middle east.

    North Korea would be the one risking their own civilians dying in an act of war. With it always comes the deaths of innocents.

    If North Korea attacked South Korea they would be violating the ceasefire, and we would resume our war with them.
