I already know that the slow mail and the fast mail gets there at the exact same time and that the post office and other delivery services have a Rackit to get your money! Which essentially is pay us more money and will deliver your mail faster that we already have sitting in our post office

I never pay for quick mail, if the postal service is not backed up like at Christmas regular mail gets there as quickly as regular mail.

if you are willing to pay more for a quicker delivery it is your benefit, your choice, the post office is merely taking other measures to fulfill the choice

Two weeks ago I paid $30 for next-day delivery for medication for my cat. I placed my order on a Friday morning before 8am. I didn't get it until Tuesday. There was no holiday. I complained about it and I just saw yesterday when I was looking at my online bank account that they refunded the entire amount - which they didn't need to do. I would have been just find with the difference between normal delivery and next-day delivery. This was the one and only time I paid to use next-day delivery.

I will NEVER order anything for next-day delivery again.

I say, this sounds like a trick question so, I'm gonna answer by saying that I wouldn't pay extra for quick delivery. One thing I have lots of is patience.
