Of course not. They always have the right to voluntarily pay more tax than what they owe, but they never do. Leftists are very good at spending other people's money. They demand that other people pay for their handout programs, while making sure they take advantage of every little thing in the tax code they say they hate, to pay as little as possible.

I don’t mind that my taxes are going up. We had a very devastating hurricane and I don’t like dropping into potholes. My tires cost $500 each.

I'm sure they'll take whatever money they're entitled to.
