Where should we go on vacation?
We have $1400 credit with delta for the flights and probably don’t want to spend more than another $1500 on hotels and extra flight costs.
Wife is prego so no where with Zika (this is why we have the credit with delta)
We would prefer somewhere relaxing and warm.

When are you going? At this time of year, to get warm, you have to go to the Caribbean or southern California. I don't know if there's a zika problem in the Caribbean, but I've been there in the winter and there aren't many mosquitoes around.
