With having just given birth chances are somewhat lower, depending on if you have ovulated since delivery.
Anything is possible. One of my acquaintances conceived twins six weeks after giving birth to her oldest son.
For what it's worth, while the twins survived, they were born quite premature and one has lingering problems from it. I would not intentionally attempt to conceive that quickly after giving birth.
