Why do insurance companys say they will never pay for you for car or for teeth when you have given all this money?

Health care insurance still doesn't understand that preventative dental care can prevent heart disease, for example. They just don't have their percentages in yet, because heart attacks and cardio problems are not cheaper than a bi-annual cleaning.

Because they're soulless, money grubbing bastards. Seriously. They care less about their customers than a shark cares about its prey.

I think it's because they can. They make the rules of the organization. So even if I disagree with their policies, it's still theirs. I am free to be insured by someone else if I am not satisfied.
