Nerves and anxiety about public speaking?

I know it's not exactly the same but its a branch of public speaking....I literally cannot give presentations or read aloud during class. I seriously don't know why but I just get so nervous and I have panic attacks all the time. Just thinking about doing either one of those things gives me butterflies. I am starting to go to therapy but I don't think it will help much. Does anyone have any suggestions? don't just say suck it up. p.s I'm a sophomore in high school.
