Many people running their own business in their own country have clients in foreign countries. You do the work in your country, get paid in your country (make sure clients won't have any problem transferring funds internationally), pay taxes in your country, etc.

Yes. If v can mention the scale of the autocadd drawing, they can understand by zoom option.
