How can i get my motivation back?

I used to work out a lot like 4-5 times a week and i used to eat really healthy. I really loved doing those things because it made me feel better about myself. I was really committed for a year but it’s been a year and a half since i lost my commitment. I know how to work out and eat healthy but i just lost the feeling of enjoyment and commitment.

I’ve tried a million times to eat healthy again and work out and to get committed again but i have a lot of excuses not to. I know the excuses are bullsh*t but it’s hard to avoid excuses

I’m just stuck right now and i don’t know where to begin. If you have lost motivation and had to get it back, please tell me how you got it back and how you stay committed.

    maybe rewarding yourself after you work out might help you get your motivation back
