The agency is behind. They will get to it when they get to it. Do not contact them about it. Medical reviews, although important, are not one of the higher items on the priority list when they don't have enough staff to do the work. When they begin the review it will be worked in a timely fashion - medical reviews take about 3 to 4 months to process.
