That has not changed as far as the wall. Mr Trump is still trying to get Congress to fund it and use foreign aid to Mexico to pay a portion of it. The DACA will be not entirely dumped in March. There will be some compromise. Mr Trump has said things during the campaign and switched positions a few times because of influence by different people. A lot of things he said cannot be done unilaterally and he didnt know how tough it would be to get Republicans to agree.

Well, if you want DACA, then the wall will be built. If you don't want DACA, well, the wall is still being built.
