So Trump touts de-regulation in agriculture, what does he mean? I heard of 1 example from a state legislator out of Nebraska?

On a Ag radio station I heard this legislator all excited that pesticides that were formerly banned, would now be able to be used for crop irrigation, is that an example?

Trump has already started. Chlorpyrifos, an insecticide with which was set to be banned by the EPA over health and environmental safety, known to cause brain damage in children. President Trump reversed this decision.

Which coincidentally happened after Dow Chemicals, a manufacturer of the chemical, donated one million dollars to Trump's inauguration fund.

Another example is the retraction of the Waters of the United States rule (WOTUS) that the EPA was trying to push forward to expand it's jurisdiction under the clean water act.

I means in part that the federal government will restrict its interference with land uses. And crops are not irrigated by pesticides, I know of none that were banned and are not now.
