Do this person's views represent his country or his own ?

A while ago, I found a video on Youtube of a Japanese person, who I think is a teacher, stating that

Japanese people don't hate Muslims but they are scared of them because of what the Japanese

media is saying about them and that Japanese people don't know anything about Muslims and

that when and that when people from that religious group they will not have special treatment and

they must follow the rules and that if they don't like what they have in terms of food and drinks then

they shouldn't come to Japan and if they come to Japan they may face some prejudice people towards

Muslims.

Does this person speak on behalf Japan or on behalf of himself ?

I'm asking this because I find this topic an interesting topic as I like to know and understand other culture.

His own for most do not understand how words can rule over a person and the Quran is such a book and those that follow it live in a self made prison base on the words of the  Quran which offers the believer several ways to gain eternal life......It is over these ways the Mid-east fight is fighting over......which prison to live under.......As a Christian I believe the World should worry for In Christ we find the path to eternal life by being Born Again when we are Baptize.......Then in the Christian Church the words of the Bible has always been fought over which in who Jesus actually is......(God or the Son of God) always leaving out the main reason we can become a Child of God.....God's Holy Spirit we receive upon entering the water in the Name of Jesus Christ......Many gifts come with infilling of God's Holy Spirit and I like the gift of Tongues for we hear from God. 
What will happen as time passes to how the world going handle Islam and its word religion has the world in a mess and its places of worship is spreading for the Quran commands it of its followers to conquer anyway it can the people. Telling the young if you die in the battle your will get a special reword and being taught from a toddler they believe.
Only way I can see it spreading without death, it must be by a good salesmen.......I feel sorry for them myself for the door to eternal life has been made very simple just be Baptized into the name of Jesus Christ for in doing so Christ has taken responsibility of your Soul and ask us Children to do two things, Worship God and Keep His Commandments which if one follows, They will always have a long life here on Earth.......for they Honor your Father and Mother......
