Shovel ready jobs, Obama & his Democrats never delivered; so what happened to the money?

Funny how liberals are blaming Republicans for an Obama failure.

The facts are that the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, better known as the $787 billion "Stimulus" (which became $ 831 billion) WAS approved by a Democrat controlled Congress, along with some Republican support.

Vice President, "Crazy Uncle Joe", was put in charge of oversight of the Stimulus, but we have yet to see full accounting of disbursement of the money.

And, what many taxpayers do not realize is that due to the scam of Baseline Budgeting used by Congress, much of the Stimulus became part of annual government spending and, even today, some taxpayer dollars are still going into the programs set up by the so called "Stimulus".
