Carr does not play against Garoppolo. QBs do not play against each other. They don't even think about each other during the game.

Two things will definitely happen: First, there will be so much security present that the Raider fans will think they went back to jail a day early. We know those morons will do everything they can to mess up Levi's. And since the Raiders are on their way down, and the Niners could easily make the playoffs next year, the Raiders and their fans will head home with their tails between their legs.

Neither Carr nor Garoppolo nor Shanashan has proven themselves to be winners. Gruden has proven himself to be a loser without Al Davis and Tony Dungy.

It's too early to really guess with free agency and the draft. As the teams stand right now, I'd go with the 49ers with Lynch another year older and a weak Oakland defense. Jimmy Garoppolo is a free agent although the 49ers could apply the franchise tag to him. Things could change substantially over the next few months.
