I have noticed on CNN the Wolf Blitzer always seems to be yelling as he gives the news or interviews.?

Does he think yelling makes him seem more in charge and assertive or is he just hard of hearing so he talks really loud?

    Maybe it's desperation because nobody listens to him.

    I think part of it is hard of hearing and part of it is talking into a camera. Different tv personalities talk normally or loud when talking into a camera

    He's elderly. Give him a break. Obviously, employees of CNN have to work far beyond their 65th year of life...in order to afford retirement.
