Are there "good bullies" who only bully other bullies....Sort of like Dexter on that TV show (who only murdered evil, serial killers?)?

No such thing as a good bully just as there is no such thing as a good killer.

Of course there are good bullies. Superman, Batman, Wolverine, Hulk Hogan, General George Patton, Mighty Mouse... Oh, and let's not forget Wonder Woman!

Not in my experience.

It is against The Bullies Compact of 1694 unlike murderers that have no scruples bullies only kill to enforce their control over the ******* under their dominion (usually an Indian burn does the trick) . Look, in prisons there are "good" bullies that will protect you from being raped repeatedly but that is because they are going to repeatedly rape you and sell you for a cupcake to other rapist. If they kill you they aren't getting that cupcake and if they let anyone make you airtight for free you'll lose all value like a deflated balloon.
