Has there been a change/increase in the number of clickable links in YA?

Today, I see this (Anonymous) answer with way over the standard three. https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20180... ... Anybody else seeing this kind of thing?

Update:

Thanks 'all. I can click up all seven(?) of Anonymous' links on my example, so I still am wondering.

I've also been bounced to other categories, so am moving this back as intended to YA, and moving on.

    Dont know what Level Anonymous is on so hard to know but Yahoo Allows up to 3 Clickable Links

    Considering None of them are Clickable I think the Anonymous User is Probably Either a Level 1 or 2 user

    Limit is three links, more will show but are not clickable
